When you apply for a job through our platform, we process your job application jointly with the employer to whom you are applying. For such processing, we and the employer are data controllers of your personal information.

For Job Seekers (Candidates):

Note: We collect this information directly from you when you register, create a profile, apply for jobs, or use our services. We may also collect information from third parties (like references) or through cookies and similar technologies.

3. Sensitive Information

We generally do not need to collect sensitive information about you. You should not disclose sensitive information that is not necessary or relevant.

However, there may be situations where we collect sensitive information, such as:

  • When you voluntarily include it in your resume or job application
  • When employers request specific information (e.g., vaccination status)

Important: When you apply for jobs through recruiters, they may share your information with their client companies. We cannot control how employers or recruiters handle your information once they receive it.

  • Employers located outside Hong Kong
