What are job credits?
Job credits are tokens you purchase to post job listings on our platform. Each credit allows you to post one job for 30 days. Credits come with expiration dates based on your plan - Basic: 30 days, Standard: 90 days, Premium: 180 days. You can use them anytime within this period.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. When you upgrade, we'll calculate the prorated difference and any unused credits from your current plan will be carried over to your new plan. Your plan duration will reset based on the new plan you choose.
What happens if I don't use all my credits?
Unused credits expire at the end of your plan duration period. We recommend selecting a plan that matches your hiring frequency. If you have leftover credits near the end of your period, consider featuring some jobs or using urgent hiring boosts to maximize their value before they expire.
Can I extend my company profile?
Yes, all plans allow you to extend your company profile beyond the complimentary period at HKD 200 per month. You can do this from your dashboard at any time - even after your complimentary profile period ends. The extension keeps your company visible on our companies page with all your information and branding.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and bank transfers for Hong Kong accounts. All online transactions are securely processed through Stripe with end-to-end encryption and fraud protection. For annual billing or large corporate accounts, we also offer invoice-based payments.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you're not satisfied with our service, contact our support team within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, refunds for unused credits are prorated based on remaining plan duration and any used credits. Processing fees may apply for refunds after 14 days.
